All sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. There shall be strictly no refund or exchange once payment is confirmed.
If you have received a wrong or defective product, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com with details of the issue within three days upon receiving your order. Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
While we make sure to check thoroughly before shipping your items, it is possible we may have missed something. We will assess any defects on a case to case basis. If the items show of normal wear and tear or have markings due to the natural characteristics of wood, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Kindly return your item in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items damaged in the process of shipping will not be eligible for returns of exchanges.
Return shipping fees will need to be borne by the customer.
