At Three Little Cubs, we want to give parents a choice of quality products at reasonable prices. All items are sourced and curated specially for your child’s unique needs.

We believe that if it works for hundreds of mummies, it will surely work for you too. Here’s how it works, browse through the sections, place an order, and wait for your items to arrive. It’s that simple.

It takes between 5 – 12 days for all local orders to arrive. Orders for international customers with standard shipping should be delivered in 7-21 days.

We are able to do urgent door to door delivery at SGD 15. Please drop us an email at to arrange.

Most of our items are available for backorders unless it is stated in the item description. If you have further queries, please email us and we will be happy to help.

We have carefully thought through different options that would make the person you are gifting feels really special.

*We are able to do 1 gift box item if you would like to purchase with other items. Simply indicate the items that you wish to be gifted separately with your gift message.

We accept credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) via our secured website. For customers based in Singapore, you can also pay via Pay Now to our UEN number.

If you have an existing account with us and have forgotten your password, please click on ‘lost password?’ located at the left hand menu of the page. We will then send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you don’t receive your password reset email within 1 hour, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us so we can investigate further.

When you have submitted an order through our checkout page, it begins to process and shipped out in a timely manner. Therefore, we are usually not able to accept changes or cancellations of orders.

If an item on your order is a backorder item and you would like to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your package has not been received more than 5 working days after our estimated delivery time for your destination, please get in touch with us and we will help you to check on the package status.
